Anyone looking forward to the -possible- ZR-350?

I know the ZR-350 isn't a very well known car, but I just can't help feeling excited. I mean, look at it!

 

 

It's an RX-7 with the rear of a Nissan Silvia S14, and this make me wonder - since they seem to be reviving cars from San Andreas, could they possibly have a new manufacturer based on Mazda? I'd be happy altogether having this version of the ZR-350, or at-least a newer version based off the RX-8. Who else is excited for this thing?

 

Also, inb4 "We don't need tuners!!111" comments.

Not really. We have enough sports cars now. I'd prefer some revived or new sedans, compacts and trucks instead.

Just my guess, but its due to manufacturer. its the Acura NSX concept, which is a sub division of Honda. At the time of introduction in SA, manufacturers weren't so strict, so they had a Toyota in a Honda manufacturer. The ZR-350, however, doesn't HAVE a manufacturer - so it is entirely possible they may make a new Manufacturer to represent Mazda and turn it into an RX-8.

I'm mostly talking about the imports which were tuned to hell and back, like the Supra. I definitely don't dislike the car itself, but I really don't like how it was raped with tunes. And it was raped so many times that I simply got around to hating the car itself. I just hate tuned cars with a passion. That's why all my cars in Online are almost modless, kept as close as the original with just some detail mods. I have no problem with imports. Hell, the '92 Mazda MX-5 will probably be my first car, soon. I just hate the damn tuned ones because from my experience they're always driven by pricks who think they're really cool but are not. Just never saw what's so awesome about spoilers and such.

The supra is a BEAST tho. And highly modded supras are INSANE. Nothing wrong with tuning as long as you have a good base to start with.

 

In the 90s in Japan there were dudes running Supras, Skylines, NSX's etc at over 200mph on the highways there.

 

I totally understand what you mean about the ricer culture in those days, but i find they would mostly molest sh*t cars like civics and eclipses, basically econoboxes never meant for racing. Which is f*cking idiotic.

 

Oh i also forgot the Z32 300zx's. Personally i never liked them, probably because i own an S30 but they were pretty fast as well.

I'm sure they'd bring it back but with a different look of course. What I'm really hoping for is the IV Blista. I know a lot of people like that car and I wonder if R* notices that.

Well, they have updated pretty much every model that the old cars used to represent, look at the Skyline, Corvette and NSX (but gave it a different name?), so I guess and RX7 wouldn't fit anymore, maybe a RX8 or something. Allthough i'd kill for a nice Supra or RX7, or anything in that direction

What your seeing is 12 year olds from this game who look at a Feltzer with Canards and GT Wing and go 'm8 f*cken bangin ladzz' grow up. Thats why I hate most Sports/Supers in this game as everyone makes them look like f*cking trash. I just try and make my vehicles look as real as possible with Visual Mods/Rims being an important factor, mainly Rims.

 

Still, 90s/early 2000s turned out a lot of great tuners and some great unknown ones too such as the Infinity Q43, Mitsubishi FTO, Nissan Stagea
