It's the beach south of that bridge over Zancudo river, in the evening it'll spawn along with some other cars.

No it's way north from there. It's just south of the bridge over the Zancudo river, just a few hundred meters south.

That's barely a strip.

There might not be campfires. I've never actually found mine there. I get it from the other side of the map....but that spot is very popular among people who say they know where it is.

I have found them at that beach circled in pic consinstently.

 

Found a couple today when i went. Now to find one with the front grill and no lights up top.

Tends to spawn between 11:30 am and 2:30 am so it can be htere during some of the day too.

 

Sometimes there will be other vehicles there instead, so you can either disturb them and then leave and return (if you don't disturb them by ramming them etc, then the same vehicle may be there when you return), or just switch to single player and then back to online to force a vehicle cache refresh.

I found a bunch of clean rebels today at that location! I noticed that the Rebels that spawned, some had different variations of the front bumper guards. I was looking specifically for a clean Rebel with the fog lights on the roof. Does that even exist online? or have I been wasting my time?
