Stuck looking at my garage door

I walked into my garage and just as I did a car followed me in.

 

Now all I can see is the inside of my garage door, and occasionally it opens as players go in/out with their cars.

 

I can't move, I'm stuck, the only option left is to go to a new session.

 

Sucks.

did you try to bring the interactive menu and kill yourself. or are you just joking with us?

I'm being straight with you, the only thing on my screen for 5+ minutes (I got bored of waiting so switched session) was the inside of my garage door, it's happened a few times before and after several minutes it sometimes puts you in your garage but not always. I forgot about the kill yourself option.

 

I couldn't bring up the phone, can't remember if I treid to bring up the interaction menu, the only game menu I recall being able to bring up was the main menu from the start button.

It's happened again. I walked into my garage and the sequence of my character walking in and the door closing happened, now all I see is the inside of the door, which occasionally opens when other players go in/out of their garage.

 

Pressing and holding the button to bring up the interaction menu does nothing.

 

Pressing Start and then going to Online / Options shows the "Kill Yourself" option is greyed out so I can't use that.

 

So it's switch the console off, or go to console main menu, or Find New Session, or Leave GTA Online. I can no longer participate in this session, which a glitcher (or two) has started dumping Creator items out on the roads and in front of my garage. I thought they fixed that?

 

 

 

edit: 15 minutes later and I finally managed to unstick the damned walking-into-garage cutscene, I couldn't try joining any jobs and quit out, so I tried reporting one but none came up so I quit out of that and finally managed to get into my garage. Stupid game.
