Why Rooftop Rumble is One of the Most Appealing Missions in GTAO

Rooftop Rumble is probably the first mission every player thinks of when he/she wants to farm money and RP. It is quick, simple, and, surprisingly very fun. There aren't many money farming missions that are really fun (except for Coveted). If done in a playlist multiple times, it could make you $100,000 every 25 - 30 minutes. It really is the best mission for getting a good chunk of money.

 

I would like to know what your opinion on Rooftop Rumble is.

 

PS: If someone could post a link to a Rooftop Rumble playlist that would be wonderful! Thanks!

Have one person call a merryweather helicopter at the start. Use that to get to his house. If you want it to be even faster, when you get near his house, jump and parachute out and land at the dropoff.

 

I'm interested in a RR playlist too. But I don't think playlists can be made with R* created missions, someone want to confirm?

Surprised 1.11 didn't nerf it. Easy, fun, fast mission. Pretty much much the only mission I get invites for. And the only mission ransoms will join

RR is a 5 minute round trip from lobby to lobby. I like it. Taking the dirt road just south of Madrazo's house shaves off a few seconds of mission time.

As Day Reaper says it has a sizable payout in a short amount of time the enemies are also more clustered together so its easier then Coveted.

Coveted is gd boring and every minute spent playing it feels like three for me.

 

If I'm farming money on my primary, I prefer RR. And anyway, despite what people claim, I can complete it faster than I can Coveted.

 

Sadly, I'm f'ng stuck with Coveted on my alt because she isn't rank 75 yet. Still got 33 ranks to go

Take out a few stragglers while waiting then get in the chopper. You don't have to kill everyone. I leave all the enemies alive near the container and cave.

True. I saw the video on YouTube last night as I wanted to know which is more lucrative. And for me, RR just seemed faster and like I said, i like the extra $750 cause I eat snacks in the middle of DM's.

My goal everytime I do it is to get the container in one or two tries. You just have to bring the chopper in nice and steady. Bring the cargobob level to the container before you fly above it. Even if you slightly crash the bottom into it you still should be able to pick it up and fly away.

Thats another thing too....waiting for the Cargobob and then if the teammate flying the cargobob has not turned off the "MOTION SENSOR" or just cant fly to save their life....Coveted can take long to do.

Meanwhile, RR.....piece of fukcing cake and extra $750!!

How exactly are you people completeing RR so easily. honestly everyone has has you just blow up the documents or whatever but every time me and my friends do it, the mission fails and we have to start over it doesnt complete like every video ive seen does.

 

so we have been doing Chopper Tail which is a level 70 mission, 3000RP+(depending on level) 17250$ on Hard which its an easy mission takes about 7 min you just get in dune buggys drive to location(once you done it once youll know where it is) kill the guys wait for the chopper to land drive to Trevor's house and bam. doing it fast you could get over 100k in an hour. Plus you can repeat it easy from the missions menu

Rockstar patched the mission you can't blow up the documents anymore they have to be delivered to Martin now.

If you arent lvl75 and sick of coveted, then mixed up with coke is a great choice if you have a buzzard. It spawns literally right down the road from the start-up spot. I can complete it in about three minutes give or take and its not as much of a hassle as coveted. The payout is the only downside to it.

i complete the mission in 3minutes top, using my buzzard to get to the dropoff.

helpful tip for anyone doing RR, dont be the one to pick up the briefcase, instead, just look for a baller, they spawn very commonly during this mission, then instead of heading to madrazo's house, head over to LSC and wait, after mission you will still be in the baller, easy extra 9K

Rooftop rumble takes 2 1/2 mins to complete grenade launcher from the bridge to kill a few and blow up a few cars ....position your car at the exit to the garage where the bloke in the car tries to flee docs come to you! Nail him and flee in a Jester...... 2 grenades and 3 pistol rounds and jobs a good'n
