Price of new jet is way too high compared to shamel

Ok why does the little jet cost almost as much as the shamel Id rather save up $1,150,000 and get the shamel that can carry 10 ppl vs the new jet that costs $950,000 and can only carry two

Its a video game... it doesnt need to resemble a real life plane ( maybe for realism purposes ) but maybe this plane only exists in the gta universe.

My guess, is that's it's more expensive because it's technologically more advanced. Smaller parts can sometimes = higher cost. Perhaps those tiny jet engines are really expensive to produce? Like how computer tech gets more expensive the smaller you make it?

yes but none of the VLJ's are square at the front. Idk I wish they had real cars and planes in the game but I understand why they cant I doubt Aston Martin wants somone in GTA doing a drive by in a DB9

One thing I dont get is why rockstar cant seem to figure out how to get players into the back seat of a two door car or a plane like the Cuban that has 4 seats but the game only allows two people inside it.

Likeways I own a Luxor but have flown it once trying to crash it into my crew.

That's not why. It's because R* would have to pay to get the licensing to use the likeness of a real world manufacturer. By mashing up cars, it cuts production costs by a significant amount. That's why Forza 4 and Horizon didn't have Porsches until DLC (sort of). Because EA had already gotten exclusive rights. That's why it took so long for Ferrari to get back into NFS, because Ferrari is very stingy with who they approve of using their likeness and they charge more for the licensing.

I was going to say this but I couldn't be bothered! The main reason isn't money its just the fact that this is GTA, if it didn't create its own living world and relied on real life companies and such it wouldn't be what it is today! Quite frankly it would be boring because no real company wants to be made a joke of.

The price of the Luxor/Shamal (same thing) is irrelevant because you can get them for free at sandy shores and there are several at LSIX.

 

The new jet is pointless apart from to show off you have too much money, since you can't get it for free
