That it's clean? :blink: . No, but really I think some people just prefer the Rebel to be clean, while some may like the other variation of it, just a personal preference thing. Modifications wise and performance wise, they're the same, I believe.

I prefer the Dirty Rebel. Mine is fully modded and roleplays as a drug smuggling off-road apocalyptic vehicle.

While it may not have the same body mods, unless you use a save editor, i think it looks much nicer. pretty sweet little truck....plus it looks much like the toyota tokoma i own irl.

The clean Rebel has less mods but sounds like the Sandking and is clean. That's about it. There is no difference performance wise.

 

The Sandking tears the Rebel a new a-hole when it comes to 4x4ing. The MW Mesa is actually better than the Rebel too but its a close third.

 

Edit: Both the Sandking and Rebel are 4wd but the % of power to the front axle on the Rebel is very low resulting in a lot of rear wheel spin.

The only difference is the Clean to the Rusty was the mods (One looks like a show truck, other looks like a sand raider) The Sandking is now a 4x4 and that is why people liked the Rebel more it was quicker up mountains while the king would get stuck every once in a while. Now that its a 4x4 now people will want the Clean rebel because its rare.

Sandking has sh*tty 10/90 Powe Ratio, doesn't make it 4WD one bit decent. It's light and big and it falls at steep hills. Clean Rebel is smaller, tighter and better.

Exactly, it's an off road truck not a showroom vehicle. That's not to say I wouldn't mind a clean rebel with the same off road performance mods.

I like the clean rebel because it's like the truck McFly had in back to the future.

To put this thread back on track this was the only time I got pissed at R*. Didn't like the rat, but each to his own. The day they removed the clean rebel I was going to set up a meet with a couple of friends the next day and we were going to recreate the drag race scene. Got online and my rebel was gone. Now to go find one again.
