Here's what I think;

- Create a site that only hosters can access and change their hosting status(hosting/not hosting). Each hoster will have its own image file that shows whether they are hosting or not.

- OP will put a link to an image next to the each hoster which will light green when they are hosting and light red when the are not. Or an image file that says 'currently hosting' or 'not currently hosting' etc, everything is possible once it's an image file.

- When one of the hosters switch their status from the site, the image will change on the server thos not requiring an edit on OP.

 

This will both reduce spam and make it easier for hosters and joiners. I can make such site in merely seconds. Just let me know if you guys are interested in something like this.

That would be really awesome. Both easy for us hosters -and- the requesting people. So they know who to ask now, and plan as well with other hosters.
