HaythamKenway
The game was delayed to 23rd June, it seems that delays are really popular in the UK. Also, there are rumors of a remaster package of Arkham Asylum and City later this year... but not Origins. Yeah, because we don't want to give consumers too much value. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2015-03-23-batman-arkham-knight-delayed-by-a-few-weeks Edited March 23, 2015 by HaythamKenway
iiConTr0v3rSYx
There doesn't need to be a remaster of AA and AC, as both still look pretty good on last gen. Th3MaN1
Th3MaN1
Other than the 'press L1 to Even The Odds' command, everything I've seen lives up to expectations. New animations, the fact that they didn't shove the Batmobile down our throats, the graphics, everything. Sad that I won't be able to play (if my PC will run this, I will cut my balls off), but certainly happy to see raw footage, finally.
darthYENIK
There doesn't need to be a remaster of AA and AC, as both still look pretty good on last gen. They still have those last gen low res textures. I'd definitely buy a double pack. As for the new gameplay video, it looks incredible. I'm still worried about the story, and how engaging and immersive the enviroment will be. I just hope the classic riddles return. Those created a world, albeit one that already existed.
esmittystud101
I'll never understand from a marketing standpoint why on earth you launch any game in the months of May, June, July, or even August. Its right when we start going outside to play, because...............its finally f*cking warm. I spend maybe half the time for gaming in the summer than I do in the winter months. Why is the NFL season on tv right when its the coldest? Because they are smart and know we will be in our homes watching tv, not outside catching the rays (away from the tv). It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't wait longer, yep another delay, until.........................when its cold and they know I will be in front of my console. Sorry, the last thing I'm thinking of on June 23, 2015 is the Batman game. Warm weather will always win. The NFL learned this years ago.

esmittystud101
I wasn't thinkin dude, I forgot video game dorks hate the sun. My bad bro. LOL. But I do get not everyone thinks like that. Well, atleast about making money at the right times of the year. But I also get that not everyone has to deal with winter either. But I bet if we looked at the numbers, game sales months of May through Aug. vs Sept through Dec., I'm guessing, its not even close. Frantz Fuchs
June is the perfect time, everyone has just completed their exams and need a new game to play. There are no other games out that time so everyone buys Arkham. It's the most pre ordered game at the moment, so it's working. Xerukal
darthYENIK
The summer video game market in the last decade or so has opened up considerably. There was a time, when nothing new came out from December to September (with the exception of sports games). Nothing. But then I think with games like Mass Effect which I believe came out in February or March, the publishers saw that people will buy a good game in spring and summer. Snowman_GTA
Batman: Arkham Knight system requirements revealed Nvidia has released the system requirements for Batman: Arkham Knight. You won't need to be a brooding millionaire to play the game, but you will need a PC that can pack a punch to get anywhere near the Rocksteady sequel's highest settings. Minimum System Requirements OS: Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 (64-bit Operating System Required) Processor: Intel Core i5-750, 2.67 GHz | AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3.4 GHz Memory: 6 GB RAM Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Graphics Memory: 2 GB DirectX®: 11 Network: Broadband Internet Connection Required Hard Drive Space: 45 GB Recommended System Requirements OS: Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 (64-bit Operating System Required) Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz | AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Graphics Memory: 3 GB DirectX®: 11 Network: Broadband Internet Connection Required Hard Drive Space: 55 GB ULTRA System Requirements OS: Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 (64-bit Operating System Required) Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz | AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Graphics Memory: 3 GB DirectX®: 11 Network: Broadband Internet Connection Required Hard Drive Space: 55 GB You'll note "ULTRA" is in capitals. That's how ultra it is. Given that 55 GB install, I suspect it's going to be a difficult year for SSD owners trying to balance all of these massive new releases onto limited space. And then there are all the other issues with growing download sizes. 3GB VRAM also strikes me as pretty high for a recommended requirement. Steam's hardware survey suggests plenty of PCs are coming in well below that number. Admittedly, that's a flawed metric; so let's turn it over to you. Can you handle Batman's latest? Th3MaN1
Well, think about the fact that people who want to go Ultra will already have the requirements. I don't find it surprising at all. It's bigger and graphically better looking than City and Origins (which was bigger than City). My PC definitely won't be able to run this, but if I get the chance, I will try, just for the heck of it.
Tacymist
Oh I haven't been to this topic in a while. I didn't know it got delayed, but I'm glad it wasn't pushed back too far. Really enjoyed the gameplay video though.
Creed Bratton
I just need a new GPU. I've been waiting for AMD to release their newest lineup before I make a decision. But I'm not picking this up on launch anyway. I'll be too busy with The Witcher 3 if I get a new GPU before then. Which I probably won't, considering the fact that AMD's new cards won't be here until f*ckin' June.
Tali vas Normandy
They make a DLC featuring my favorite batman villain of all time.......and it's a console exclusive. -__-. I'm always on the losing side when it comes to games with exclusive content. I swear it this doesn't release on other consoles, I'm to be so upset. I'm still mad that I never played that joker map pack on arkham asylum.

Creed Bratton
It's still not worth $100. Which is what this game is with its $40 DLC. They finally found a way to try to sell a game for $100. That just pushes me more towards bargain bin purchase. Game prices fall pretty fast. All you have to do is wait a few months and get it for half the price or even less. At least on the PC. And it's not like they can run out of digital copies.

I'm confident they can pull out content that, in the end, may be worth the 100$ purchase. Through I wouldn't be surprised if they couldn't. Either way, every single DLC and feature announced has taken me by surprise. The only thing that kinda pisses me off is the Playstation exclusive content. HaythamKenway
If you bought GTA IV and then TLaD and TBoGT new, it ended up at 100 dollars too. Fallout 3 had 5 DLC packs, 10 dollars each. I never heard much complaining about either of those DLCs. DLC is an easy buzzword nowadays, since publishers abused the concept until it left a sour taste in our mouths. But that doesn't mean that DLC is bad on principle. It all comes down to what developers do with it. Day 1 DLC, preorder DLC, cut content to sell later, that all sucks. But if Rocksteady create full expansions like Bethesda's DLC, I don't see what's the problem. I never played Harley Quinn's Revenge for AC, but I guess that might be a good indicator of what is to come. Besides, there is a high chance we'll get a GoTY edition with all DLCs for the original retail price half a year later, so why not wait for that? Th3MaN1
Quinn's Revenge was short, but quite alright. It locked the game into one part of Arkham City, with new collectables and side-missions, along with a 1 and a half hour story mode. It was worth the money. If Arkham Knight will have something remotely similar, I would gladly pay the hondo for it.
