GTA San andreas loading screen crash

Hi, I have a problem whenever I go into single player I click start and then it goes to the loading screen after it is done loading it just goes to a black screen and crashes. I tried these followings:

Need more information:

Is this the first time you've tried to play the game?

Are you trying to use a save game from a different source than one you made?

Did you install from the DVD, and are you playing with that DVD in the drive?

OR

Did you buy the Download game version?

Did you install with Admin Privileges?

Have you tried running in a Mode (XP or Win98)?

Did someone install Modifications to the game?

What is your Operating system (Vista, Windows 7)?

Is the game installed to the Default C:/ drive?

Does your machine have the guts to run the game: Especially the Video Graphics dedicated memory?

Recommended System Requirements:

Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP processor (or better)

 384(+) MB of RAM

 16x DVD-ROM drive

 4.7 GB of free Hard Disk space for a full install

 128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better)

 DirectX 9 compatible Surround Sound Card

 Game pad** with twin axis analog controls (USB or Joystick Port)

 Keyboard & Mouse

** I suggest 12 buttons minimum. I use the Logitech Dual Action ™, as it works straight from the box without any special drivers. Seitek also nice. Attempting to use console controllers may take hours to find the right driver(s) and then still not work.

• 256MB of RAM

• 8x DVD-ROM Drive
