is the rockstar services down?

i was playing gta online on xbox and everytime i tried to join survival mode i get a message saying that rockstar services are unavailable.

has anyone else gotten that message today?

Yes, it's like armageddon now, Missions have disappears from jobs menu also for me and couple of crewmates, traffic is insane and load screens are taking too long.

that's the same thing i was having, except i changed sessions hoping it was just the session i was in (there was only one other player, i gave him a ride in a truck i found and later put in my garage, (the truck that looks like a ww2 style military truck).
