Nice fresh mussels from Prince Edward Island caught on March 19th. I made them in a pan with butter, minced garlic, parsley and diced tomatoes. Salt and pepper for flavouring along with a bit of freshly squeezed lemons. I might even add fresh bacon bits next time. The real stuff not that red crap they use for salads. Might even make some pasta to go along with it. It was really good. I don't like fish but I love shellfish. Crab, lobster, oysters, mussels, clams, scallops...damn.
