Can't get missions

I can't start missions and when I call to request them Martin and Lester say nothing available right now

Did you check to see if you had missions in your job list in the start menu?

No way. Now it's unplayable at all: traffic is mad and consist of trucks, only 2 missions in JOBS menu, infinite loading screens, half-empty lobbies.
