Lesser-known Apt. Perks

Fox Plaza allows you to spy on your garage from the apt.

Great for catching morons trying to kill you.

Also good for setting off sticky bomb traps.

Eclipse towers allows you as well. I had to tell a tank stopped in front of my garage, pointing straight at the door, that I could see him and I wasn't coming out until he left.

Also allows you to come out the front door and ambush anyone waiting at the garage.

Small apartments make the game feel more realistic, and no one lives in them.

I do hate walking 30 seconds and down 2 flights of stairs just to change my frickin clothes.

Me too, but the garage man.... the garage is why I live in an expensive place.

I live at the Del Perro Apartments. Cant beat that beach view. Everything you need is also pretty close.

I always enjoyed the one close to the Skyscraper Construction Site, Heli pads and Boat dock. It has highway access, and a couple very easy one way only hiding spots all within less than a quarter mile. close to 2 ammunation's, mors mutual, and of course the high end shops are just across the highway towards the beach. also, it is between 2 LSC's both equal distance apart. And, cannot forget the short drive to where my tank is stored. Close to the LSPD station, just makes the neighborhood feel a bit more safe.

 

plus the view of the beach all the way to the airport and bridges was IMO the best one. The only thing obstructing the view is the building in front of you, and It's a hotel with a pool anways, So that telescope might actually come in handy. I never cared for staring at the hills just because rich people live there.

It's funny, my favorite apartment used to be Richards Majestic (41?), and yesterday I paid 150k to literally move across the street into Weazel Plaza 70, not only because I have a better view of the pier now and a better garage, but also because I have a cool parking space out front that's perfect for my Limo. Until houses/mansions are buyable, this is my favorite property.

Alta St. has been my favorite and only high end apartment I've bought. Great distance from everything nearby.

 

I however would love to have the middle-class interior if it included 10-car garage and not a 6-car.

 

The only reason I'd move to Weazel is for the great view of downtown. The location seems kind of annoying to drive to all the time, so I'll just stick with the downtown location I already have.
