I have a mini war zone out side my apartment. I have the hacker / glitcher / grinder towers.

I moved out of that cesspool in november and moved to weasel. Best thing i ever did in the game.

I live in the Richards Majestic (cannot remember which number) and it has a great view of the Golf Course and the Pier. Location wise it is just around the corner from the golf course, a barbershop , clothing store, and a few blocks away from LSC. I haven't seen any wars going on outside in public, but maybe I am just lucky...

I live on the top floor at RM. You know why we don't have any wars going on outside? Its because people who live here know how to keep their mouths shut about how awesome it is. Youre are going to run into some serious problem with the tenants committee if you keep telling other people how good a place it is. Just keep your mouth shut please neighbor. We dont want the riff-raff moving in.

 

Also turn your god damn music down. It is four am and I can hear it through the walls. Polka music isn't really my thing you know?

The top apartment in Weazel Plaza has a helipad, is really close to a hair dressers, ponsy clothing shop and LSC, quite easy to lose the cops around as well. plus you have a clear view of the ferris wheel and pier

It has a helipad, I don't think you can feet to it fib inside the apartment though..

The shine of the high-end apartments wore off on me before I could even afford one. I've haven't thought twice about sticking to my mid-range apartment, and to be honest, I would take a low end one if it came with more than a 2-car garage.

Eh, I don't like Richard's Majestic exclusively because of its garage doorI haven't tried any of the other garages doors so I don't know what th issue with the one at RM. I think I'm just gonna stay ignorant and happy.

 

If you mean how cars sometime spawn in front of the exit it has been iced and you will spawn in you car out in the street if the entrance is blocked.

Weasel Plaza ftw! pretty close to LSC and clothing stores along with an amazing view of the observatory & and the Vinewood sign. Also if your into the beach (which me and my friend are) then Weasel Plaza makes for a perfect home due to its incredibly close location to the beach, not to mention its where all the Vinewood stars live! It also comes with its own security guard who guards the front entrance which if your being attacked he'll sometimes shoot your attacker.

Weasel plaza is actually pretty far away from Lsc compared to other apartments such as tinsel, and eclipse

I like my $205000 apt. near the Del Perro beach. Almost everytime it's far from the war zones (When there's one) and it gives me a chance to go out and quickly go somewhere else (Generally Sandy Shores)

Weazel was my first apartment and I'm still at it. It has it's benefits.

I like the cheaper apartment interiors though, wish there was a way to get them with a 10 car garage.

Do you remember in gta iv, there was a mission where you went to a tower block, got the lift about half way up and had to use the stairs for the rest of it before you got to the apartment you needed to get to?

 

I wish that was what we had when we entered our apartments... an actual interior. Since you can only have a max of 16? Players in a lobby, the game could sort out who lives where and simply make sure you don't have 2 people with the same apartment in the same session.

We're quite the friendly neighborhood. Its the kind of place where children can still play in the streets and neighbors knock on each others doors to borrow a cup of sugar.

I held out on my tinsel towers apartment til Christmas came then rockstar announced it would get a discount for purchase, so I got mine at a fraction of the price!

The door is really glitchy. Sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn't. Richards Majestic is the Gerald of Apartments

Richards Majestic is terrible. Don't ever go anywhere near it.

I like how everytime you go out of your garage, you'll see a sign that boldly says "Weazel Plaza"

My house is the 200k apartment. Not sure of the name, but it's so close to ammunition, the beach and a convenience store it's just, excuse the pun, convenient.

Eclilpse tower by the construction site. Only read the first few posts so I'm sure someone mentioned the subway right across the street, it's safe, albeit long route right to your garage.

Lots of alleyways to lose poor drivers in.

Right off the freeway access from the broken wall in the back of the parking lot.

Helipad, boat dock, airport, hospital hellipad, mors mutual, ammu-nation gun range (more room to bunker down if you're amushed inside), 2 straight shot routes to LSC, Los Santos ports within easy range.

Centrally located.

View's crap but happy there otherwise.

Fox Plaza allows you to spy on your garage from the apt.

Great for catching morons trying to kill you.

Also good for setting off sticky bomb traps.

For the most part, all of the apts are the same per price-group with the exception of basic garage location and view. I have seen a few "perks" and was curious if anyone else had other ones they noticed, for example, Apt 45 has a great garage, you can just circle the apartment until the cops loose you then right in, as well as plenty of hiding places above the garage to confuse/ambush attackers. It also has a good view of LSC from the telescope, which can be used to set traps (sticky/ignition/remote bombs).

you miss the point if you choose just random players. I single out annoying people with mic's for the full eperience. After all, the player's character can't convey how big a cry baby he is, the fun of hearing them complain about the ensuing onslaught.

The second most expensive place is the best the one with te circle garage would be better if the views weren't awful
