For the most part, all of the apts are the same per price-group with the exception of basic garage location and view. I have seen a few "perks" and was curious if anyone else had other ones they noticed, for example, Apt 45 has a great garage, you can just circle the apartment until the cops loose you then right in, as well as plenty of hiding places above the garage to confuse/ambush attackers. It also has a good view of LSC from the telescope, which can be used to set traps (sticky/ignition/remote bombs).

 

Please share any other cool perks!

I always enjoyed the one close to the Skyscraper Construction Site, Heli pads and Boat dock. It has highway access, and a couple very easy one way only hiding spots all within less than a quarter mile. close to 2 ammunation's, mors mutual, and of course the high end shops are just across the highway towards the beach. also, it is between 2 LSC's both equal distance apart. And, cannot forget the short drive to where my tank is stored. Close to the LSPD station, just makes the neighborhood feel a bit more safe.

plus the view of the beach all the way to the airport and bridges was IMO the best one. The only thing obstructing the view is the building in front of you, and It's a hotel with a pool anways, So that telescope might actually come in handy. I never cared for staring at the hills just because rich people live there.

I still think the ability to use the telescope for some bomb-trap setting fun is the best. I love the quiet, barely audible "boom" you hear when you set this baby off.

The top apartment in Weazel Plaza has a helipad, is really close to a hair dressers, ponsy clothing shop and LSC, quite easy to lose the cops around as well. plus you have a clear view of the ferris wheel and pier :)

I like mine down the street from the Vinewood Hills Los Santos. Not as much traffic as the 400K place, and you can watch the battles go down at the pay and spray through the telescope.

Nah, not from players. But if i'm near and i have anything above a 3* wanted level, then i'm into the tunnel and try for a 5* level.

As i'm trying to level up my second character, the RP comes in handy

I just moved there for the view, regret it already. I miss Tinsel Towers... less random death right outside my door.

My apartment. It's location is prime for me. LSC is nearby, Pegasus vehicles don't spawn too far away (especially choppers), clothing is also near, good area for higher end cars to spawn, has the most landscaping + other features/courtyard/architecture, separate garage/multiple exits, one of the tallest buildings and I've never had an issue with chaos outside save for maybe once.

6 Car Garage in Harmony:

 

First off I have a Janitor's closet in my garage. There is a door I can walk through and there is a little storage room that contains some boxes and a mop bucket. Such a random thing to include! I have tried walking through the walls and all manner of glitch attempts to no avail so it seems I just have a garage... with a Janitor's closet!

 

Also...

 

2 Stores, a Gang Attack and LSC all within 30 seconds of my garage. I can rack up $6000 - $10,000 in just a couple minutes if you include stealing and selling a vehicle.

 

Also...

 

JUMPS! There are SO MANY awesome jumps located in this area, both the mountains behind and Sandy Shores/Desert in front.

 

Also...

 

Airstrip, tank spawn located nearby as well.

Twice in one day I was heading for the garage while being chased, and stopped in the parking lot. My pursuers lost visual contact and thought my radar blip was in the tunnel, so they headed in there. The first time I just drove off after they made that mistake. The second time (different players) I drove over the subway tunnels as best I could and led them deeper.

Really wish you guys named the apartments specifically so others would know where your referring to, but anyway back on topic

 

The one opposite the construction site is Alta stret, my first and only purchase w my main character.. Seems to have the best balance of things close by, mors is walkin distance, with ammunation a block further... the two lsc's are 30 second drive away and the garage entrance has high walls either side which break line if sight when bein chased by ls' finest law enforcement

 

My second cuaracter resides in weazel plaza, was a hard choice between there and Richards majestic (just over the road) but the garage is completwly seperate from the apt entrance so easy getaway from wanna be greifer campers putsife your door, plus you can hop over the wall onto the freeway. Lsc is easyily only 30-40 seconds drive and the lspd Pegasus drop off point aswell. I think I count 5 Ways to escape easily, either north or south from the apartment exit, or from the garage either straight out and N/S or you can bump up the stairs and head west to lsc, or the wall hop to the freeway travellin west/east... If you need a clean getaway its a clear winner for me

apartment near the beach.. no one is over there. Also theres no long garage animation and the garage entrance is not the exit. Pretty cool and fits me quite well.

Weasel Plaza ftw! pretty close to LSC and clothing stores along with an amazing view of the observatory & and the Vinewood sign. Also if your into the beach (which me and my friend are) then Weasel Plaza makes for a perfect home due to its incredibly close location to the beach, not to mention its where all the Vinewood stars live! It also comes with its own security guard who guards the front entrance which if your being attacked he'll sometimes shoot your attacker.

I live in the cheapest apartment.It's ok for 80000$.It has a two car garage and a radio in the kitchen.I love it.

I live in the Richards Majestic (cannot remember which number) and it has a great view of the Golf Course and the Pier. Location wise it is just around the corner from the golf course, a barbershop , clothing store, and a few blocks away from LSC. I haven't seen any wars going on outside in public, but maybe I am just lucky...
