What I ask myself since the Valentines DLC.

There was a Christmas Update, a Valentines Update but Halloween was before Christmas and quite some time after the release of GTA Online.

 

If there weren't these horrible bugs to fix, do you think we would have got a Halloween DLC like a Pumpkin Mask and some orange clothing?

 

I mean the character losses were horrible enough for Halloween.

It could be that the state of Online was (sort-a still is) too unstable to safely release stuff. Also, when exactly did we got the beach bum DLC? (and why?)

Yes, I think they would have had a DLC for Halloween, would have been really good I think. Loved the Christmas and Valentines DLC. Maybe this Halloween.

Yes I know, I lost two characters and then created my main on Slot 2, hoped it could help, didn't lose my character after that, but that could mean anything, and now it's already fixed ^^
