Banned?

A friend of mine got banned for a month and had his account reset but he didn't do anything wrong.He was about lv38 with 50k in the bank.He never glitched,hacked,cheated or got bad sport since he started playing.He sent rockstar an email and called them,telling them what happened but they said it was his own fault he got banned but didn't actually tell him what he'd done to get banned.He lost all the Valentine's day stuff he bought and never will be able to get it back as his account was reset.Has anyone else experienced anything like this and if so do you have any advice on what he should do???

If u wanna prove he didnt cheat social club name GT or PSN is requires so we can look on RSC at stats. I find it hard to believe. I havent been banned for DNS servers ect and I stopped along time ago he must have done something ultra bad to get banned as I have yet to get banned for my 600 mill picked up and 2 billion in GS rewards. A few week s in CP but no ban and R* said I was ok
