Online, to me, is just a mess and one big joke filled with lil kids and trolls, I don't need that sh*t. I stick to SP. So, sorry, I can't answer this question. In Europe, some countries are in the next day, Tuesday. Whereas a lot of USA, actually probably all of USA, is still in Monday. It's only 5 PM in the evening here where I live. When I turn my console on, and select "Play Grand Theft Auto V" on the main page, the title update prompt shows up as soon as you hear the sirens. It did not do that, and I even went into the Xbox Games Store and didn't see anything. Like Militia said, it depends on your time zone. Not the one flying around the Perimeter, there is one that lands on the ground. You can steal it. OR you can obtain the Jetsam Cargobob and Military Colored Cargobob with the Hazard Save Editor. You're an idiot, its not a title update, its DLC go to the bing search on the DASHBOARD and type in Business, then change sort to to games then search its there.
