You can snipe the driver out of it, but you need to aim good and the distance should be right. Best chance is to do it from the roof and aiming to the point where driver is, don't be too close to the tank though. There are videos on YT showcasing it. Good luck! I've heard that you can steal a fighter jet from the base, but it's tricky and you need to know how to fly the thing. Those who will master it will be owning sessions, you will see it!

What about heists? I heard they are damn hard to finish and every car we use, we die because of aimbot npc's. I heard Karuma Armored is the best (noob) heistcar with bulletproof windows.

I got the Turismo for free. For races the Jester is slower than the Elegy but you ultimately want an Itali for sports races. The Turismo is slower than the Entity but the Emerus is the best performing super.

Nah, that's just a mod for future PC version maybe. Simple render now, it looks like a spacecraft of some kind. Space DLC seems unrealistic at this point, we will be getting new GTA around 2019-2020 already.
