I just got the Jester and it feels slow compared to the 9F I sold.. anybody race with it yet? It just seems like it's far slower than the stats shown.

The Jester is going to be the new top sports car. Fast and incredibly easy to drive, just like the Turismo.

I'm grateful for the dlc, but I'm disappointed that it seems there's nothing new to do on here no businesses to purchase, no drug trafficking etc. casino still not open, does anyone know if they at least removed the nos vehicles so I can race again?

and it also clears a space in my garage for something better now since i can buy it again if I want..

 

 

As for the Bobcat - what versions can you buy? Is it theopen back only.. or can you get the hardtop rear version n'all???

I would venture to believe that you can purchase both versions, based on chance. Like every other vehicle with variations that you can purchase.

i dont think owning multiple apartments is neccesary. Now, multiple garages is a better idea. Like, for examplle not only owning a fancy apartment in LS but also a garage in Blaine County. Though to balance things out the more garages you own the more you have to pay weekly, since you would now have more than one Mechanic. Edited March 4, 2014 by X12-1992

i like the cars and the guns the clothes are cool but see, i came across the chains and noticed THEY'RE SMALLER WTF??! GET THIS SHINY RUBBER BAND OR SILVER PIECE OF STRING FROM AROUND MY NECK LOL! Rockstar please take the time to read this and make them back to normal size and maybe offer some more hats, snapbacks of some kind, caps, shoes, jeans and I'm finding it difficult to understand why the PMP 600 and Faction isnt on GTA V from GTA IV they were really cool cars to me

I'd also like an option instead of having an extra property you could just expand the same one. Like you walk though a door in your garage and there's another 10 car garage right beside it. That way you could choose from all of your cars without going to a separate location

Cars are okay. It's the same thing with Forza 4, if any of you played. Turn10 made a bunch of DLC and most of them were supercars that were really expensive or race cars. There was a few trucks in that game but no real worthy DLC for them (and even less tuners). I guess Vinewood is made up of expensive cars and flashy taste but why isn't there more lowriders or the tuner scene to enforce the ghetto part of the map or the racing aspect of this game? It's R*, they freaking made Midnight Club...so...you know, ain't hard to do to add a low class car with a bunch of body kits. So Alpha (Cadillac one, right?) isn't that fun. Big, feels like a Rolls Royce, as interesting as a dead cockroach. Jester looks great and handles nicely, you can turn it into a proper GT car (big wing and amazing bodykit). Car sitcks to the road nicely. Turismo sticks even more and feels like a race track car. Customization sucks, though. Only add wing and exhausts. 2 tone color. I'll be honest; won't even bother buying one of the cars Online.

The guns, though, are epic. So far they're the best ones. The Heavy Pistol is my favorite pistol and the Special Carbine sounds so damn nice. The masks are okay, a nice variety for the same template. I'll probably buy a few. I've yet to see the new clothes and the "new" cars added to Los Santos Cars website thing.

I'm just wondering (said this elsewhere, probably my earlier post) when the real DLC is coming out. This is packages, a little taste for the heists. What if the heists suck? I'm sure R* will somehow make them great but what if? All this hype for something that has the same value as these DLC? Let's be honest, these DLC's ARE free but they're not that great when compared to the whole game itself. It's not game changing. I'm glad to see everyone (well most) is excited for this and I hope you all enjoy it. Guys like me who prefer muscle cars or trucks will wait for a more aimed-at-us DLC in the mean time....or heists.

Sorted my issues with a few restarts...

I had a hard time thinking what to replace in my garage... From the Top: Type Z, Carbonizarre, Cheetah, Phoenix, Monroe, 9F Cabrio, Tailgater, Roosevelt, Dubsta (unmarked model) and finally the Adder.

Replaced the 9F eventually, for the Jester - which is a really superb car when tricked with exterior mods - handles very well too. I found the Turismo a bit... lacklustre - seemed to accelerate slow and I'm almost positive the Jester has a very, very slightly higher top speed (tested by seeing how much air is got from the same jumps at top speeds) although the cars dynamics and physics could affect this.

 

I did, however, want to complete the Grotti/ Ferrari collection. I did have the Stinger GT at one stage, replaced it with the standard Stinger, then lost by somehow "accidentally" selling. Don't know what happened there - must've been really baked. I think - although it's rare Online - I'll get rid of the Dubsta next. Want to keep the Phoenix and Tailgater due to rarity. I also had a hard top Manana at one point, but got rid for the Dusenberg limo.

Oh, and that messing around with having the pack installed but not seeing things online, has removed my Thompson SMG/ Gusenberg Sweeper. So don't know if I should be arsed about that (was it really any good with the low accuracy hip firing - even with short bursts) or whether there'd be any way RockFailStar can re-add it to my account.
