Do You GTA Identity Vehicles in Real Life?

So my commute is about 15 miles (10 miles FWY, 5 miles side streets). Takes me about an hour to traveI 15 miles on the dreaded 101FWY. I currently drive a 2000 Civic Si hatchback that I call Blista whenever I see it. Of course I see other vehicles but mostly the Range Rover (Baller 2), Prius (EDIT Dillatante not Surge ), old Cadillacs (Manana) and sometimes I see a motorcycle like the Bati 801 (any supersportbike) or Daemon (any cruiser), Anyone else do this? I do this mainly to stay awake and sane going 10 mph.

 

Or is it time I stop playing GTA? I only play like a few hours a day but this game has taken over half my mind.

I'm the same way dude. I see cars IRL and think of their GTA counterparts. Saw three Police Buffalos and a Tailgator just this morning!

The surge is a Chevy volt, i forget what the gta Prius is called

 

Though I do this the other way, seeing gta and referring to then as the real life counterparts

I saw an infinity yesterday that looked exactly like that ugly ass SUV that Simeon often wants. It looks just as ugly in real life.

Sometimes my friends and I jokingly refer to irl counterparts by the GTA name of the car. But if I'm in-game, I still call GTA cars by the GTA name.

Bati = Ducati

Sanchez = Any dirt bike

No the Entity is not a McLaren. It's based off of a Koenigsegg. But the F1 really was a revolution in motorsports, that is right

Anything Ubermacht is pretty much a BMW, lol. When I was visiting the "real" Los Santos, I would see a whole lot of Chargers, so when I see an all Buffalo spawn session it reminds me of that.

 

And I think anybody can figure out that the Akuma is based on the Kawasaki Ninja.

with the ability to purchase vehicles now I don't do it as much as I used to

in gta 4 any cool vehicle had to be stolen of the street so whenever I saw one I had to U-turn and catch up before it would despawn

this would cause some pretty weird IRL behaviour while driving my car

whenever I saw a sports bike my first instinct was to ram the guy off

ofcourse I always came to my senses real quick but still

pretty weird to be driving along and suddenly turn your head and yell:" BIKE!"

I do this and have called friends cars names out loud and then I have to explain or they just look at me confused.

 

Another game that messed with my head was Tony Hawk Pro Skater years back. I would be driving and looking at telephone/electrical pole wires all over the city. I would imagine grinding and doing tricks on.
