Can't Select Hard Mode For Missions

Last night when I was doing missions, I couldn't select hard mode for any that I tried. Changing lobbies didn't fix it. Anybody else had this problem?

Been happening for about a week or two. Quit game full to dashboard and restart.

Yep, you have to restart your console or if you're on ps3 just sign out then in again via XMB

The Difficulty setting has been locked for me at times over the last week, so has the refresh option on the voting screen, and it says i still have 2 refreshes left ......restarting the game or machine has not helped me with this one.....
