when you are broke in game, what can you do... now your buddy just bought a cash card... he was broke like you but now he can call merryweather, set a bounty on you, call lester, buy more ammo than you.... etc etc etc.. hell, if he is at the right level, he can buy a tank.

 

no one knows how it alters their game because they do not know where the money came from, or how it got there. all they know, that player is just a beast, who has money from being a beast.

 

the hypocrites will tell you there is a category for people who buy cash cards, the truth is, you have no idea who buys them, what level they are, or how they use them, be it material purchases or the tactical advantage. all you know is they now have more money than you, which means they can do MANY more things than you.

apparently, 89 people somewhat agree with me, even if they don't understand that buying cash is the same as cheating, and Rockstar does give a sh*t, which is why they have releases a paid DLC notice. (which has already been said, and the discussion over that on top of cash cards as well). So they are at least half right, and Yes, we all know cash cards aren't going anywhere (as I have also said many times) because why would they? lol... its money for rockstar. All I can hope is by proving people like you wrong, is that maybe next time there will be less of a currency drive, and more of an RP focus with a season pass, or individual DLC. now kindly, pay the f*ck attention before you reply.

I'm not against cash cards. They are worthless to me. I have the cars I want guns I want assets I want cash is useless. I dunno how some people neeed so much....

 

But. To answer your question I will say this.

 

QUALITY DLC.

 

That's all they need. I wont spend money on meaningless crap. I wouldn't have paid for beach bum or valentines dlc. Woukdnt pay for the business pack. Its all just crap.

 

I would pay for quality content an online story campaign for example or even a vice city expansion pack. Things like that I'd pay for. Id even pay to redesign my character.

Cash Cards are alternative to playing the game. You want money quick? Buy a cash card. Don't play a lot and willing to pay real money to boost up your cash? Buy a cash card. It's all optional. It's not forced down your throat. You can make plenty of money just doing missions. They even upped the pay on some missions. They made it so you get money from racing solo now. They made it so you still get money even if you get a DNF in a race. They upped the pay for Deathmatch/LTS/Versus even if you lose. And Capture is capture.

 

There's nothing wrong with cash cards. They're just there. Rockstar isn't forcing you to get them. You can use them if you want, or don't. It's all up to you.

 

That said, you shouldn't bash someone for using cash cards. Just because you think they're some kind of alien conspiracy doesn't mean everyone else has to agree with you or else they're wrong.

Haha no no no im not offended look at how this thread started lots of heat on me. I like how its turned out from the polls stand point, I knew it was gonna get out of hand no matter how I tired to phrase the question but overall Im satisfied. For me the results were surprising because of how close it really is.

 

Come on man you think I havent seen all the threads , this is a poll to see how people stand overall in a simple form of Yes or No on the topic as of now with all the discussions that have been made. I notice some names that were against them early on that have now agreed to them so its the development that Im interested in. Not a discussion more of a lets see what the bottum line looks like with the communtiy now.
