Well if thats not what you meant then i have no idea what you meant.

I dont see how a level 5 will have an ammo advantage over me when he can hold a miniscule ammount of ammo and i can hold 9k rounds.

Kill -> Ammunation -> Kill -> Ammunation

Rinse and repeat....

Camping outside of a fixed place, while having to go inside where you are unable to shoot anyone, and have to access a menu repeatedly, is somehow an advantage? What? Do RPG's, Sniper Rifles, Grenades, Grenade Launchers, Merryweather, Sticky Bombs not exist anymore.

Also if someone is able to constantly kill you and go into the same ammunation to refill their ammo at level 5, then you suck ass at GTA.

You guys are grasping at straws.

I actually run inside ammunition and spray down the store while people are buying ammo.

I'm now going to do it hoping that one day yogogamer will be there.

I like pumping a few rockets in there while my friends are restocking up.

A bit harsh much? You can shoot the person when you come out obviously, The Sawn-Off is a great weapon especially for that.

And Grasping at straws? That's pretty f*cking ironic considering I agree with most of the sentiment.

If you're going to attack atleast explain for f*cks sake, preferably without being a dick....

They wouldnt even be able to hold as much ammo as a level 120 because of the ammo cap at lower levels.

Cash card money goes to stupid sh*t, cars, planes, clothes. Even then, a lower level player cant upgrade his car as much as a higher level one, regardless of how much money he has.

level has nothing to do with car unlocks... all you have to do is play the game and race. cash card money is the same as regular money, once you get it. it can be put towards anything.

I know for a fact Armor and Suspension are. Alot of cosmetic ones are as well iirc.

good point.

Fact: The windows are the key, and they are not bulletproof even with full armor. Armor on all cars is ridiculous anyways, even at 100% I can shoot it in the right spot with the AP pistol and boom, done.

suspension... meh, not really a big deal but why should that be considered a level unlock anyways? dumb on R* part, not my fault lol. cosmetics are just that, cosmetics. Which paid dlc would benefit from... far more than cash cards.

Armor makes a huge difference, but some obviously fail to see that.

Suspension also makes a difference in terms of handling. A vehicle without armor is a huge disadvantage, due to the fact that if it crashes, it can get easily damage, or even explode. I went off a hill in a stolen duneloader and exploded on impact.

You can go pretty fast with upgrades, but if you smash into a wall with 0% armor, your car will feel it, compared to the 120 in his fully-upgraded Entity with 100% armor. Cash cards aren't going to save anyone. It's stupid how the people who think cash cards give an advantage never bring these level-required things up.

On an ending note, I've never really noticed a difference with armor on....

But i'm done, I'm apparently stupid and grasping at straws

actually I have brought it up, you ignored it. and now use my own arguments against me.

I know for a fact when I was a level 60 something, it meant nothing for me to find a level 120 or higher player and school them. like you said bio, its a "minimal advantage" ...and has far less of an impact on the game as money.

as your level related issues change individually, the money covers the entire population.

Like I said, get a friend and get the same car.

Fully-armor his, and keep yours at 0, and see how far you get when chasing him through Blaine County ;)

Actually, if you know of Insert-Coin-To-Continue's Bell's End challenge, take it with 100% armor, then try with 0% armor. Armor makes a huge difference, which is why I remember a thread asking if more armor made you go slower, everyone was like "Even if it did, I wouldn't take it off anyway, because it's a necessity."

I'm just saying the Cash Card advantage is SO small, it's not even worth bringing up in an argument.

That very well could be the case, But i experience no difference personally.

I tested it with 2 cars, I had a Tailgater and a Mesa, Mesa was 100% and the tailgater was unarmored, After a little shotgun testing both of them still went down at nearly the same rate for me, Redid it with an SMG, Same ordeal.

It plays more in the fact of collisions, and deformations are caused by collisions, which affect performance. A 0% armored Mesa must be a nightmare, because the stupid thing already gets deformed quickly at 100%.

Like I said, take the Bells End challenge and you'll see for yourself :)

Alright, I'll give it a shot when I find a willing participant

(And lol, Mesa does suck.)

You don't need a participant. You do it by yourself, lol all you're basically doing is throwing your car down a mountain with you inside. It's actually quite fun

Dade brought up an excellent point with the limited ammo storage too, ruling out the ammo argument. Completely forgot about that. Boy, when I started my second character it was a bitch to run on such little SMG ammo.

Equipment > Ammo

You may have it easy on buying ammo with cash cards, but I still have a tank. Now I'm just giving example after example, lol so it's getting redundant. You get what I mean though.

Exactly. Take the Roosevelt, which is armored by default even though you can still buy the armor upgrades. Even if you don't buy them, you have to actually work to smash the front enough that the headlights stop working. It's built like a tank.

hell no. for a game that made over 2 billion dollars by now, they have more than enough money for their servers. if they made less then i'd understand. overpriced cash cards which give you a laughably small amount of money are just a cheap and useless cash grab which shouldnt be part of games like this. glad im a proud glitcher. why pay 50 bucks for two and a half mil when i can glitch it in minutes? 50 bucks is how much a game costs for crying out loud. you telling me that i should pay 50 bucks just to be able to buy 2 super cars and mod them all the way? get real. the damn game itself costs only 60 and it comes with over 200 vehicles lol. see the logic?

Where the hell do you buy a freaking PSN card in the Philippines? It's useless having enough money for a cash card if nobody's selling a PSN card.
