Yes= You dont mind Cash Cards being in game

I support the idea of non pay to win based microtransactions that support the employees and developers of games I enjoy.

 

But keep in mind this poll will be skewed (regardless of the outcome) mostly because this section is inhabited by modders/glitchers who mostly are against the idea.

For real tho. I get it, I mean come on guys, if YOU made a hugely popular video game, And somebody came to you with the idea of cash cards to implement in your game, Wouldn't you put them in there?

 

I get it, it makes sense, Good idea to make money,

I however will not be one to buy that, Theres many other less complicated ways of making fake money,

I CHOOSE to not support them because I hate the establishment!

Support your local Businesses!

NOT multi million dollar companies.

they already have enough money,

I can use that money for a sammich.

WAAAAY more useful.

No I cant say I do support them to be honest, and I dont hack. Its just I was totally fed up of the new era of DLC/pay to win etc that I really got disappointed in R* for joining the band wagon. But, we cant blame the games industry we have to blame anyone who has ever downloaded a game via torrent for free. Same with the music industry, were all to blame in a way. Most people here I reckon hsve illegally downloaded.

I support them(i wouldn't buy them though, too overpriced) since they help R* for paying servers etc unless you want GTA O to turn into subscription based like other MMOs and most of us wouldn't like that

Bamboozled - there us absolutely NO point in making a topic just for yes and no answers. This is a forum be prepared for peoples opinions.

There are plenty of discussions in here on this but this is a way to get down to the point. Do you or dont you. I understand what you mean.

 

This is going okay still a lot of reasons being given though. Its a straight forward easy question that can be answered yes or no. I tried to make it as unbiased and simple as possible I did add like/Agree with as in you have no issue with them.

I don't support them per se because I don't buy them, but i'm not against them because I know that their existence hasn't made a significant effect on the game itself like some people claim.

Cashcards are meant for the working class and to an extent, those who are lazy. I support it fully because it gives a chance for those who work for a living to play on a level playing field.

That is just the feelings of the people involved in the situation. If your a modder and you dont like others getting the choice to buy in game funds thats your feelings. Not skewing anything thats what poll are for, getting everyone's feelings regardless of their background.

This was not ment to be a discussion as much as it was suppose to be a poll which was requested. If I could have I would have made it poll only and no responses. I was just trying to help people understand what the poll is getting at thats why I keep editing my original post to phrase the poll correctly. So what else should be changed im all ears im just in the middle here.

I don't really think it is as simple a case of Yes/No, which should be evident in the responses given in this thread. Have you heard of the Likert scale before? At the very least I'd imagine you'd have encountered it, regardless of whether you knew what it was called or not (which is fine). If you haven't encountered it in a questionnaire before, the general gist is the responses are tailored as such: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral (Or Neither agree or Disagree), Agree and Strongly Agree. Now, I'm not suggesting this is necessarily appropriate, as I am proposing one of several alternatives for less skewed results.

 

Regardless, the "I don't care" crowd deserve a voice and representation in the poll, in my opinion.

I totally get it. I suppose for those who dont care will post that as you did. I shouldnt have responded to your post and just left that idea alone. I was just interested in the people who do have opinions and how those numbers stacked up. I want people to say Yes they do or No they dont, and with the Idc choice I feel some people might stray away from how they really feel.

still wonders me that people are so willing to empty their wallets for a game they already paid for, it surprises me even more some people are willing to defend a billion dollar profit company who created a game with mechanics that forces them to WORK for simple needed things

 

- well past level 100, so dont even try to tell me its easy to get essentials like a garage, modded car and weapons with upgrades

* it's not, not without grinding / farming (and i was playing with a "low overhead")

 

if gtao had clothing packages, weapons textures, special tattoo's, ..... stuff that doesnt give any advantage.... i would have voted "yes" because i dont mind people spending their (or parents) money on such if they wanted

 

if gtao was free or priced very cheap also another story....

 

clearly i voted NO because without the money glitches you would need these cards to really "free roam" online

 

- in short: ive paid full price for the game, why should i spend more to avoid farm/grind money for my daily expenses and wishlist
