keeps on crashing and can't figure it out

hello,

 

alright so I thought i fixed this problem but i guess i didn't because it started to crash again. The time of crashes are never the same it's random. Sometime 15 minutes other time over an hour. I play LCPDFR most of the time when I play GTA 4 so i do have mods like the LCPDFR, Policehelper, els 7 i do have car mods ( four cars) i do have also have character mod (two of them) enb. i know i do have lot mods in but was working fine yesterday and it started to act up.

also i did read some places that els could be case it, so I turned off the Ai' light bar to get scratch that off the list

 

i also have commandlines and they are -availiblevidmem 2 -nomemrestrict -norestrictions

 

i do have a power house rig so i don't think its my spec but here they are

i7-4770k @4.3 ghz

Window 7 64 bit

Asus sabertooth z87

Corsair h100i

16 GB RAM

1 250 gb ssd

1 120 ssd

1 1tb hdd

gtx 780 ti (the bomb, loved it ever since i got it lol)

Corsair 1200 watts

 

so if anyone has any idea what it could be just shout it out, i'm at a point where i would try anything cuz its annoying. or if someone can read the code and tell me what it is that would help too. but thanks for reading this and hope u guys have ideas

Hi.These steps:

1. reinstalll your game.
2. install this:http://www.mediafire.com/download/jj4pivdk06vgkzk/Get_Modding_Running_in_GTA_IV_Files_From_Packet.rar
3. install gta iv patch 1.0.4.0
4. create a cfg file in your game folder and name it commandline.cfg .the,add thse lines to it:

   -availiblevidmem 2-nomemrestrict -norestrictions

5. install mods one per one.then,find what mod is the cause of problems.
