I know what you're saying... but my suggestion shouldn't make you laugh that hard because I don't think it is that unrealistic.

 

The whole "different team" thing doesn't change the fact that progress could be held up as they're waiting for the other teams to catch up with where they need to be. Doesn't matter how many teams R* do or don't have, they still need the pieces to fit properly.

Er... I know dude. you're saying it to me like I am the one who thought it was funny that it is the reason they delayed some stuff... I was replying to dade...

simply put I can think its almost a very realistic chance they've had to borrow programmers (the back bone of any game) to fix stuff. its not unrealistic at all.
