I found something interesting in that article:

GTA V is jam-packed with references to everything from Psy's “Gangnam Style” to Iron Man to Alf.

1. I saw no Gangnam style in GTA? All I sat was Trevor in a dress.

2. Iron Man? Uhh... Space Monkey? Trevor?

3. WTF is an Alf?

When you purchase the Downtown Cab Co, you will soon get a mission to pick up and drop off a Korean pop singer called Kwack who complains that everyone calls him Quack. He will then boast that he made millions off of a music video of him and a few strippers dancing around doing jockey like dance moves around a horse.

 

 

 

In the barber shop close to Franklin's House, on the mirror is a picture of Robert Downey Jr. and the Van Dyk choice in beards is free, most likely a reference to Tony Stark/Iron Man.

 

Those, I would imagine.

Just another "celebrity" who's 15 minutes of fame is over and is trying desperately to stay in the spotlight and relevant when the majority never gave a sh*t about them in the first place.

 

And the Alf reference is so obscure in the game that I've never seen anybody else talk about it. I'm surprised it was mentioned in that article.

I doubt she has a case but making a blank disclaimer does not release them of liability otherwise any plagersist or person defaming someone could just ad that line to anything. It doesn't work that way.

It doesn't at all, surely, but she definitely does not have a case I'm quite certain.

 

If R* is good at one thing it's having a legal team to tackle these kinds of matters. It takes all kinds of magic to pull things together like this, and they've been at it for a long time now (satire of Pop Culture).

 

Her chances are better at herding a group of cats with down syndrome.

People will also go to a lot of great lengths when they need or want money. Add that to her false sense of worth and you have a recipe for disaster.
