daisymollie
I'm getting sick and tired of cheaters to the point I'm going to start reporting them on a daily basis. What level is considered suspicious? Today I saw people with levels over 700 with all the big weapons and impossible to kill. So, what level would seem like a cheater. Affalterbach
700 is probably a cheater.. I never report people i dont care if they cheat or not, i mind my own business. And i am not sure if rockstar would do anything if you report them but you can try it.
ZeroSafe
If someone does something like cheating or something that breaks the game for all the players in a lobby, I'll report them. Other than that, nah.

JoeMamma81
Anyone over 400-500 gets an automatic report - anyone who has to run to their tank and griefs everyone gets an automatic report. As already stated, I don't know if R* does anything about these reports, but it doesn't hurt to do it.
Hodgey.
What are you lot talking about? GTAO has been out for nearly 5 months now, people could of reached over level 500 legit in that time. Plus what difference does it make? As after level 120 it isnt like they have access to stuff that anyone level 120 or above doesn't.

ceerock4ever
Look at their stats bar. If they're over 120 with low stats, it's a hacker.

ashbashbluesfan
reporting like this does nothing, on xbox you can report to microsoft and i believe on ps4 you can report directly in a similar way (as its paid for online).

ashbashbluesfan
Why talk of ps4 when this game is current gen... nobody can gta5 report on ps4/X1 Clearly, I was stating that it's only possible to report on xbox 360/1 and ps4 because you pay to play online so they have to maintain a higher standard, direct reports to rockstar only work when a huge amount are for 1 player, and sony do not even reply to ps3 reports. daisymollie
@MaxCady98 Expressing your colorful opinion with expletives and crassness brought to mind something else I've noticed. It seems that there are more uneducated children with limited verbal skills playing this game than ever before. But I'm only after cheaters. @Everyone else. Thanks for the advice. Kooler_Than_Luna
Rockstar doesn't need any help with statistical analysis. They have far more stats available to them on every player than we do. Lots of the players with DNS modded stats have already served time in the cheater pool. Rockstar doesn't need to be reminded that they already dropped the hammer on a cheater who has already served their punishment. Hacks, mods, glitches and exploits that are brazenly being done in front of everybody in the session do need to be reported. Cheating that can be seen with your own two eyes can also be recorded or photographed with a cell phone or capture card and it's that type of verification that will definitely cause Rockstar to take action against a cheater. Spamming Rockstar's report feature or banhammer email with statistics which they already have access to may result in your reporting privileges being suspended or even further action. Nothing's perfect with Rockstar's handling of cheaters but everybody can help out by being the type of member of the GTA Online community that reports cheaters in a way that results in positive action and doesn't settle for merely insinuating that there are cheaters in our midst. Just some friendly advice for players that are tired of hackers, modders, glitchers and cheaters.
T-Roc
Only those who use GOD mode should be reported (or something similar which gives an unfair and unintended advantage). People who are griefing should receive street justice from the other members of the lobby, not that of Rock*.
Bane_Of_Legends
People who are griefing should receive street justice from the other members of the lobby, not that of Rock*. That's like saying criminals should be dealt with by civilians, not the government. Rockstar should indeed have a hand in the security of its game. After all, they created it. If GTA Online was intended to be nothing but griefers griefing other griefers that were griefing the griefer of the first griefer, payment repercussions and bad sport lobbies wouldn't exist. Go Rockstar.

Go Rockstar. I disagree, and your real world analogy doesn't make sense IMO when we're talking about a video game. If someone kills you what are you reporting them for? For being mean?! It's a game about killing and stealing, it seems out of place to report someone for doing the same. When I first got on GTAO there was some clown in the lobby who everytime he got killed by some random called out as he reported them, IMO that is not right. If someone is griefing you you can avoid them (on x box anyway), or you can go into another session public or private. Or you can get better at the game and fight back. Many options for someone being grieved.

who-dat
Careful, reporting certain players will freeze your console, resulting in a hard shut-down and re-start.
GunBrothersGaming
Just go to GTA5stats.com - look at how much stuff they've done and how much money they earned. It's pretty wasy to tell who has cheated and who has not by the amount of money they've "earned."
Kooler_Than_Luna
Just go to GTA5stats.com - look at how much stuff they've done and how much money they earned. It's pretty wasy to tell who has cheated and who has not by the amount of money they've "earned." Easy to tell who has cheated but not who has already been caught and served time in the cheater pool for it. Honest players need to make honest reports of cheaters, not "double jeopardy" accusations based on stats. The OP described a player as "impossible to kill". A god mode exploit is a more solid basis for reporting a cheater than big numbers that are already no secret to Rockstar.
