Hacked lobby?

I really thought R* had fixed most of this. Had been doing missions from the tiles so not entered Freeroam for a while. Dropped back in and found this outside Central LSC

 

As far as I can tell, the guy in the white suit was doing it. He couldn't be shot like passive mode but could shoot guns, and had no blip on the radar (for far longer than Lester's phonecall one) and when he got in a cop car it couldn't be blown up

 

Hope we hadn't hit a DNS lobby, or any chance of comeback on us for it?

its a stupid new glitch that youtube whores spread like wildfire, it lets you place props from creator mode into free roam

Sadly as he didn't have a player blip I couldn't get his user. When you pressed down a name didn't appear above his character. I got the names of "Mr M4chete", "Albertucho22" and "Eddz9003" who were all nearby and may be involved.
