Save any vehicle in garage still working?

Was wondering If players were still able to save police cars/ any kind of vehicle in their garages and if they can mod them as well? Just thought it would be pretty cool to have some different kind of vehicles in my garage i can pull out at any given moment. Thanks in advance.

Not in Online, but you can save them in SP. You can also mod them with the use of a save editor.

If you're talking about Online, you can't save cop cars in the garages on that anymore.
