Question regarding Contact Missions

I am now a level 7 in GTA Online and I have not done any of the contact missions prior to reaching my current level. How do I access the jobs from earlier levels that I haven't done?

 

The only mission I am getting is Meth'd Up from Gerald which was unlocked upon reaching my current level.

You need to have completed the other missions and be at the required level. Hang around in free roam until you get more missions coming through via texts. To be honest though there are not that many missions in the lower levels. You would be best trying to get into a survival / finding someone friendly that can invite you to the better missions.
