Especially with all the conspiracies of similarities to other people,places and events. Would it really surprise anyone if GTA ripped off someones life the same way they rip off automobile designs?how about some impartial arguments. someone said they have known this for 6 years why now blah blah... well, gta 4 was out for almost 6 years before the release of GTA V, and due to all the similarities with GTA V and real life things, it seems this could be why. trying to perfect everything to almost match up with real life places, events, and people without infringing rights. Yes, it's a theory, but so is everyone elses theory about rockstar making every last bit of GTA V up on their own.... information leaks. and if you consider me one of those Americans, I consider you one of those every body else. For celebrities with no discernible talent it's critical that they keep their names in the news. That hopefully leads to offers for interviews, book sales or offers to appear in trashy reality shows such as I'm a Celebrity. GTA is a well known franchise with lots of exposure so desperate celebs will naturally gravitate toward it, hoping some of it's fame will rub off. Karen Gravano knows full well she won't get a dime from Rockstar. Her name is in the news and that's mission accomplished. There's at least a dozen games out there like this, including games specifically targeted at killing deer. Their chances of winning the lawsuit are 0% at best.
