hobbies and pasttimes problem

So recently motivated myself to play the single player story on gta v and have noticed that my checklist seems broken.

 

It says I am currently 6/42 on hobbies and past times. But the rock star social club career page says my hobbies and past times are 20/59. So why doesnmy in game counter only say 6?
