Major Glitch

So here are the details

i am working on this map out in vinewood suburbs by the dam...i needed to move a checkpoint a few feet over

 

my view was a little to high/far for the marker from the ground so i zoom in till the marker SHOULD pop up

but to my surprise the checkpoint marker is flashing between invisible and red.

while its flashing i cant pick up checkpoints most of the time but i can always delete them, when it allows me to pick up a checkpoint, the checkpoint/the blue line turns invisible and i cant place the checkpoint down. but wait it gets even weirder

 

when the flashing checkpoint comes up and i am zooming in from far away around 30-40 vehicles(seems to only be the default car you drive) come out of the checkpoint marker into a neat junk pile and their all random colors.....so why cant i change the color from that ugly brown to some good looking red/blue/green any other color

 

the car are there when you in 3rd person view but when you go to test the track they disappear

This would be a cool story if i could somehow save the car pile up and in gta mode you can get out your car and into a new car....maybe when the beta finishes
