I imagine it will be relatively easy to detect, as you can't put trackers on "hot" cars, so there will be a record of whether it has been purchased or not, as to whether it was purchased with ill gotten gains is a different matter

Clearly you are... I was saying that there is a record of legitimately purchased vehicles, if you own a high end car that is not in this list, then it has been duped (other than the stolen ones, but "hot" cars cannot be stolen/tracker put on them)

 

Edit: when I say legitimately, I mean purchased through normal means, where the money came from (refer to "ill gotten gains" first post) is a different matter

I'm willing to bet that there's no way it can be tracked. They couldn't even track most of the LSC glitchers that's why they only took care of the extremely obvious ones.
