Who Cares about mansions, even though I really would like to have one lol I have other ideas that this game needs,

 

- like one idea is adding Mini-games like the Fooseball table and the Arcade games down at del perro

- Being able to rob or "Shakedown" NPCs Like you could in Metal gear solid: Sons of Liberty

- Give some Progression to the Building Construction sites (Every time I'm up at my Paleto bay house, I have to listen to the Hammering every single day, It Gives me a Headache ...I'm old I need my sleep D*** it LOL

There is no information that mansions will be released ever. Don't get your hopes up for something that hasn't even been confirmed. I highly doubt Rockstar would spend money, time and resources to implement mansions into GTA online. They have done enough already.

I doubt they will be over $1m ..high-end apartments don't cost much really - so unless they come with serious perks (eg. 20 car garage, in-house activities etc.) then anything over $1m will be excessive - having said this, there will probably be the usual spread of prices - cheap mansion (same interior, undesirable location) could be at least half the price of the most expensive one..

Who knows if R* is just being very quiet about bigger implements to the Online department and has been planning mansions for over a year now. Speculation is a dangerous area that should be approached with caution. (No Illuminati & Conspiracy Theories Included).

 

I'd say that the price range would go from 3-5 mil, MAX. 5 Million $ invested into a single house should include all the premium, from swimming pool to your very own Helipad. I'm out.
