How much will mansions cost?

How much do you think mansions will cost?

 

I can't see them being ridiculously high price as the best apartment is only 400K and you can't really do anything in your home.

 

I'm guessing from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000.

If it ever will come I'm assuming something like 2-3 millions, could be 4-5 millions for some houses.

Mansions can only be bought directly with real-world cash, and only one person on earth can own each one to avoid problems. R* could hold an auction for each mansion, and people could bid with real money. I'll bet someone would shell out some insane amount. That would be interesting to see!

 

I would put in a bid for $101 just for kicks, but I but there are enough high-rollers that winning bids would be over five thousand.

5-10 million sounds about right, gotta keep it exclusive. That's about what it costs for a mansion where I live. Most of The high end homes in this game look like 2-4 million tops though.

I would say about 2-3 million. And does anybody remember in GTA 4 there was that one giant mansion in Alderney that had a helicopter pad in the back? It always had a Maverick parked there. It was like a private chopper. I would LOVE to have this in GTA 5

If in the Vinewood Hills, should be around 2-5mill. In Beverly Hills, they probably go up to 20+ million. Prices should depend on the location.

I don't think that will be good, the good thing about gta is that it's quite even and fair in that everyone has the same chances as everyone else and don't have to spend any real money to be successful (if you don't include the special edition add ons) so making it so only a few people out of millions having the luxury of a mansion won't be fair.

apartments have about 100+ players in each level in the same room of course when you spawn there at the same time with some other player it wont show him there its just you and your apt but hey mr.
