A guy who drives a Sentinel recklessly and sometimes comes out with a uzi if you mess with him, he sometimes rides OTHER special vehicles, saw him drive a Entity. Shot his car but he was too quick for my Obey 9F, so i just drove until he rammed the back of my car and he came out but killed him. Have some pictures that i'll post later.

Funny, when you said a guy in black Sentinel, i immediately thought this:

I spawned in a freeroam invite only sessions next to a group of families thugs, soon as I could move around; A black ubermacht sentinel comes speeding past so I take it this is the "mysterious hitman" and shot at his car; this pissed off the thugs and they started blasting on me, I blasted on the hitman, it was a white male wearing a white dress shirt and black pants, he looked like he could've been a hitman. I killed him and stole his ride now I'm a target to sentinel driving hitmen everywhere.. Bring it on bitches.

Funny... I've seen him a hundred times and he's never shot at me or tried to "run me over". I even chase after him sometimes for the heck of it, spraying bullets into his back window until he's dead. All he ever does is drive crazy and run red lights.

My recent experience went like this: failed Landing Strip. Spawned back on the beach road nearby in free mode. Hitman/Semtinal spawns ahead of me driving away, and makes a U-turn. Comes straight at me. I unload the auto-shotty into the car and he immediately slams on the breaks and gets out, taking cover behind the door. Reminded me of how GTA IV cops act. His character this time was the big fat meth head redneck. He was armed with a micto-smg. I lit his ass up, took some pics, then torched the body and car. No evidence.

Simple answer: He is a speeding driver that spawns usually after finishing a mission. He will stop for nothing, so look before you cross the road or he may suddenly appear and flatten you. Some people encounter him more than others, others never see him at all. The vehicle he uses isn't exclusively the Sentinel XS, but the car is always black.

They always spawn when you join a freeroam mode session; shoot wildly and someone will step out their black car and grab your attention.

Lol, I've never encountered him, or atleast I don't think I have, I mean sometimes when I'm randomly shooting people will run me over but that's just because theres scared, also the dock worker guys who if you smash into them they get out and woop yo ass, I'm gonna try find him now.
