Did I mess up or are cars still disappearing?

I've been online, updates have happened, and I see Rockstar's announcement that the issue is resolved, yet I had two modded cars disappear from Franklin's home garage, then I put new ones in (hoping...). Now I've lost two of Michael's cars. So that's four heavily modified vehicles now. Granted it's only a few million or something but still stinks. I'd like to use those garages...

Am I supposed to only put one car per house (going back to how cars in san andreas or vice would disappear whent too many were put in a garage), or does Rockstar still have some bad glitches to work out?
