Is it a hardtop, softop, rusted or mariaci? Because hardtop and mariaci are very rare, but the softop and rustey versons are very common.

I have saw the Tornado a lot, so its not a Rare vehicle for me.......But i do know that all cars can be hard to find at times and do seem rare for that player .........I went over two weeks without seeing a Dominator, Ruiner, or Buffalo.....

I know there are rules in the programming that says when and where cars will spawn......but how the rule changes up which cars is the hard one to determine, where is easier, like the Phoenix is easier found in the southern part of the city .but the IF and When it will spawn is harder to determine as other cars are programmed to spawn in that area also..so which one is any ones guess

Not very common in the city but very common on the Senora Freeway at night, both convertible & coupe.

For some people it is but It depends one which ones because there are three kinds of tornado.

Yes, but not in the sense that it's hard to obtain but more in the sense that I rarely see players driving them.

I've had many except the Mariachi which is a one time one place spawn. You need a sniper to get it.

That on my to do list. I have 2 ragtops I kept one on each account. Try and get a gang customized one. They have visual mods some that aren't available till lvl 70. Limo tint, race suspension, custom wheels, upgraded exhaust. There was a bunch of threads months ago on them. You find them in the hood on grove st and near the Vagos gang attack and near the Cypress flats deathmatch behind fence near oil wells. There some burnt out busses and crao there.

I would not exactly call it rare. Yes, it doesn't spawn very frequently, but I see it often at Eclipse Boulevard and Rockford Hills.
