What's so great about franklins buffalo?

Alot of people have fooled themselves into thinking it is faster than the regular buffalo. But the main reason is you have to abuse glitches to get it and it makes kids feel like rebels.

most people love cos it looks good visually, tons of body customizations, unique tail lights and a roaring engine sound but it's not the best looking car in the game, carbonizzare is still miles ahead

I dont trust the rumor that people say they obtained it in legit freeroam after 1.10 - its unlikely R* would hotpatched this without ANY note. They would highly hype it like the Ratloader-thing.

 

I hate "proof or gtfo" - but like i said i wont believe this without seeing it with my own eyes.

I have been playing since NOV and have never saw them in spawning in freemode......if you find one in free mode its because someone glitched it in the game and left it........thats what i think happened to me, mine was sitting at LSC with the garage door closed on its hood......I respawned in a lobby at LSC and there it was.......so either someone was trying to glitch one in for themselves and was dumb enough to do it in a public or just did it for sh*ts and giggles........dont waste your time looking you wont find it

 

The same applies to the Hearst ........I have been looking for months around all the areas people claim it spawns at ..plus the time people claims it spawns..........never saw one yet

Visual it's way cool looking.

But I have a hard time winning races with the other sports cars in its class. It should be in the muscle class w/ the Dominator and such.

Some people like the car its based on. I like the new chargers and wouldn't mind having a srt superbee in mopar orange or black. Same could be said for a lot of cars. People may like them just because the like they like that car.

I think it's simply because Rockstar made it 'unobtainable' by normal means online so people treat it as a rare car.

Unobtainable how? Saw them raoming the streets online like a flock of seagulls yesterday.

I have and its in my garage now. It roams the streets online, fact.

I was driving my Sultan and I saw 3 of them lined up at a traffic light.

Probably were 3 dominators. They look just like Franklin's Buffalo from the back.

To compare Frank's Buffalo to that garbage car is just that - Garbage.

Frank's Buffalo and that trollmobile shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence.

 

To answer the question though: The looks of it. Easily one of - if not the - best sounding car in the game. Fully Armored, it's a tank that can take a beating and keep on going. Sure it's not VERY fast, but speed isn't everything; it's fast enough for the experienced driver. I've outran the Entity and the Adder in mine (Mostly because the moron chasing me cannot drive.)

Already been said, but:

1.) It's decently fast. I've run down supers in the city and been run down by supers on the highway.

2.) It's handling is outstandingly neutral. I think it has to do with it's long wheelbase, but it's not prone to snap-oversteer like most of the "actual" sports cars. It handles just fine via "slow-in, fast out", or you can get it to rotate gracefully with the handbrake. Use the handbrake in the Comet and enjoy the instantaneous 180 it does... -.-

3.) It sounds f*cking phenomenal.

4.) It looks sexy like a 4-door hot lesbian orgy*. It's got an insane number of mods available at LSC with which to make it look insanely good and IT'S GOT A FULL ROLLCAGE BECAUSE BIG-ASS, 2-TON RACECAR...

5.) It's a battleship with full-armor. And it's size/height means it makes great cover in a firefight.

Also: Anyone that says that there's no difference between Franklin's Buffalo and the Mk1 hasn't driven the two back to back or is so ham-fisted that they can't tell the difference...

 

*I'm a fan of the Charger IRL, though, so I'm a bit biased.

Yup, my friend was looking for a Hearse for ages then when I joined his game and got my Hearse delivered (glitched from SP) one spawned outside the church every time.

 

However I've yet to see the same happen with Franks Buffalo personally.
