Why make the amazing Liberty City from IV if you are gonna make an almost top down view? That camera style is just suitable for game devs on a budget who want to make a GTA clone, nowadays. R* Games can do better than that. And I think it might be safe to say that most people hate that camera? And it's not the hardware's fault cause they could port GTA III to mobile phones with no problems. And you mention relationships, they were probably the worst feature in a GTA imo. I see your point, you think they should make something for V like what Chinatown Wars was to IV. I think that would really suck, no offense to you but Chinatown Wars was awful to me.
