Hello

I am level 43 - I am looking for a way to level up fast. I hate coveted and can't access Rooftop Rumbles at my level.

 

is there a new glitch or easy way ?

If you have Access to a buzzard then Crystal clearout 3 is the best option. IMO

 

about 3000 rp per playthrough (5 minutes or less) on solo and you can put it on free aim to gain a bit more.

I always liked Parking Garage, it gave around 5k RP last time I played it, really easy as well.

I did this one for an hour or two the other day and got from level 67-72 pretty quick (I wanted the Advanced Rifle). It's seriously quick, don't even have to fire a single rocket. I didn't time it but it's only a few minutes max. I was getting 3200rp I think on hard and free aim (may as well do free aim, it's a Buzzard mission). The downside is the cash payout is only $2250, but I only cared about leveling not cash.
