It's not a new thing. He also drives a Tailgater at times, as well. It's just a majority of the time he drives in a Sentinel. I'd guess to say it's a rare thing, for some, to get him to spawn in a different vehicle besides the Sentinel. I've personally only seen him in a Sentinel.
