In response to your post.

1. Karin ties into the Japanese name "Kuruma"

2. The Ruiner is a mish-mash of a Camaro and a Pontiac, not a full-fledged adaptation of an IROC-Z

3. The Diamond is based on the new Phantom, whereas the Helmsley is based on the classic Phantom from the 50's and 60's.

4. Okay, you got me on that one. It's just that "Bravado Boone" rolls off the tongue better than "Cheval Boone"

1. But why is it a Chrysler?

2. But do we really need 2 cars that are based on the same model in real life?

3. Mkay.

4. Like Stingray said, what about Declasse Boone?

GTA Dixie has been changed to a San Fierro/northern California GTA.

I have not made many cars recently, just edited others. I have a couple of new ideas, which will be edited in due course.

Prostate:

800px-Ford_Escort_first_reg_Jan_1997_139

Manufacturer: Vapid (EU)

Design: Ford Escort MK6/Ford Fiesta MK4 with a Fiesta front and an Escort's sides/rear. The roof is more hatchback than the original.

Variants: 5 Door Hatch

Interior: Like a Ingot but a bit worse, and Vapid logos.

Performance: Like the Ingot but worse. A underpowered I4 powers the car, so it is slow, and it has weird springs which cause it to be skittish around corners. Unstable at speed.

Notes: A well known car from Vapid's European arm, made in the mid 90's, when Vapid did not care about Europe. A bad car made worse with age, now only driven by nutters.

Party:

800px-Ford_Focus_Trend_%28III%29_%E2%80%

Manufacturer: Vapid

Design: Ford Focus MK3/ Ford Fiesta MK6 pre-facelift with a Fiesta front and back, with a Focus side profile.

Variants: 5 Door Hatch, 3 Door Hatch 'VTA (Vapid Tuning Arm)'

Interior: Similar to a Blista, but more hardwaring.

Performance: In the normal car, a good, torquey I4 gives the car power on par with the Blista. But it has too soft dampers, making it prone to body roll, even though it is a Hatchback. In the VTA, it has a powerful, turbocharged I4 which gives it Sportscar performance. It has very stiff suspension, making it easy to spin out at any speed. It is not as stable as the slower one.

Notes: Vapid's new hatch, originally European but now sold worldwide. A good, solid, premium hatchback, worlds apart from its dreadful predecessor, the Prostate.

I'm currently going to add the rest of my cars to my table and then I'm going to take a long break from this topic. :) Creating all of these cars is fun but its also very time consuming...

For me it only takes like 10-20 minutes to do a 6 car post. I'm bored, so here's a random car:

Tjugo

Koenigsegg_One1-000.jpg

Manufacturer: Overflod

Design: Koenigsegg One:1

Interior: Same as Turismo R

Price: $900,000 (online) $2,000,000 (story mode)

Gnocchi Flip Flops

Well, for me I have to:

- spend at least 30 seconds figuring out a name for a concept car

- spend at least 2 minutes searching for a photo from wikimedia.commons or Flickr, making sure it has the width of 320

- spend at least 5 minutes searching for, cropping and/or resizing, and uploading an image if I can't find a nice one from wikimedia.commons or Flickr

- spend at least 7 minutes coming up with a proper description for a car and sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes with proper research

I may seem overly devoted to this topic, but I only add to it whenever I'm bored or have worthless time to kill which is mostly during class like right now.
