Some slightly funny duping stories. I have been introducing friends to cap v ees method and triangle x duping and helping them do it. We all get alta apts and go from there. I have got both methods down pretty good, but cap v ees is the method preferred by all. Six or so guys. I break them in gently by showing them with mine, then riding along twice. If they do cap v ees method with a person in the car from the start, then the time is a little more generous and the car does not ever get caught in the garage like it does on solo sometimes. Could break a potential duper when that happens more than once on their first tries. Anyways. One guy, Duke, was trying it out and we rolled out of his apt into the street. I said Wtf, and he said idk, then he said, I just got a call from Mors that my pv was destroyed. I said aha! Make your claims and carry on, call for rebel and such. Success! Every time he did it for the next hour, he would chuckle as he had to call mmi for a replacement. No idea why that happened, but he was still taking home 150k plus after replacement. He logged off psn for a few hours, came back and everything worked correctly after that. Yesterday, another guy, Aaron was introduced. He would do everything correctly, but instead of spawning at the plaza, would spawn outside his apt with the original. 3 or 4 times later, frustration mounts and I take him to the plaza to show him where he he should be spawning. Lo and behold, there lies a lime green entity. He hops out to check it out and it lets him in. We verify that the first car is his pv and off we go. Yes. Every time he did it for about two hours, his dupe would spawn there. So he would just drive to it to complete the dupe. Gave me a small chuckle at the randomness of the game.

Me and tweed did a dupe while he sat in the passenger seat. It pulled out of the garage and just started falling under the map. I jump out and parachute into the middle of nowhere just to end up like a mile from the Eclipse towers. I look up and the car just keep falling from the sky then under the map. It was crazy. Dupe worked though lol
