Is this done through mods?

its from having no bullet proof tires and shooting the center or the rim, lowers the car.

 

 

The wheels look glitched/modded. If you put street tires on a sandking they don't look bigger than the car.

@jugernot32. Welcome to the thread. Nice to see another person taking request. About the sandking. It's been ISO modded on a jb ps3. While the shooting the center cap lowers normal cars the sandking wouldn't get that low.
