What is the difference between NOS and twin turbo? From what it looks like you are editing the same hex with the same number. I have a feeling this change you are experiencing is psychological.

no nos actually works you can hear the hiss of it

Well NOS gives it a boost that makes the car go slightly faster. TT in my opinion doesnt work

 

If the same spot is getting edited with the same value. I don't understand the difference.
