yes it is their i can here it. I will investigate NOS later tonight changing multiple values in the hex editor the problem is we have no idea of what to change the values to or where.

My friend worked on it and don't want to see the Hex on YouTube or in several forums. He want to keep it special. And I respect that. And you should do that too. Maybe you freeze because you changed too much, messed up some codes, maybe.

We knew exactly where the engine, transmission, turbo, suspension, brakes, armor, wheel type, wheel color, custom tires, bulletproof tires, primary color, secondary color, pearlescent, window, vehicle type blocks are, just wanna find that NOS block(turbo block imo but unsure what's the number, obviously not 02,03,04, perhaps something with 0A)

It's in rstar official patch note but that's not the real case, only ratloader and seminole are storeable atm, they forgot the clean rebel and rumpo van.
